Woodhaven Furniture warrants solid wood furniture against manufacturing defects to the original purchaser for the lifetime of the furniture. Report any defects promptly along with proof of purchase. If a needed repair is covered under warranty, Woodhaven Furniture will make arrangements. in-home repair or at our shop is covered within our service area. Smaller items such as chairs and occasional tables must be returned to Woodhaven Furniture for repair.Beyond our service area, the purchaser is responsible for costs incurred in shipping to and from our repair facility in Guelph, Ontario.If a product is more than one year old, the original purchaser is responsible for for costs incurred in shipping. No implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for particular purpose, extend beyond this warranty.

Exclusions: This warranty does not apply to furniture intentionally misused, or to damage resulting from negligence, rental or commercial use, improper cleaning, damage or wear to swivel mechanisms, exposure to extremes in temperature or humidity, alterations in the product or unauthorized repair. Clearance sale and/or unfinished furniture are not covered by this warranty. This warranty is not transferable.

No agent, employee or representative of the Seller has any authority to bind the Seller to any affirmation, representation or warranty concerning the goods sold under this contract, and unless an affirmation, representation or warranty made by an agent, employee or representative is specifically included within this written agreement, it shall not be enforceable by the Buyer. Woodhaven Furniture will repair or replace the product at our discretion with one of equivalent type and quality if the exact replacement is unavailable. In keeping with our continuous refinement policy, we reserve the right to alter specifications and styles without general notice, or obligation to make similar changes in products previously ordered or produced.
